About the role:
Vidacorp is seeking a driven National Account Executive to join our team. You'll leverage your strong industry knowledge and relationship-building skills to develop strategic partnerships, maximize sales, and drive brand awareness, particularly focusing on Chemist Warehouse. Role & Responsibilities:
- Act as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Retail teams for the Chemist Warehouse account.
- Identify and troubleshoot quality control issues within Chemist Warehouse stores.
- Upload and maintain accurate product information on Chemist Warehouse portals.
- Track and monitor key delivery schedules for Chemist Warehouse.
- Analyze competitor trends and market developments in the beauty and skincare industry.
- Manage the launch of new products and oversee transitions for existing ones, specifically for Chemist Warehouse.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on stock levels, promotions, and distribution updates for Chemist Warehouse.
- Process sales orders through our internal ERP system (NetSuite).
- Assist with inventory allocation and stock management for Chemist Warehouse.
- Develop and implement merchandising guidelines for upcoming promotions in collaboration with Chemist Warehouse field operations teams.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry (experience with Chemist Warehouse a plus).
- Strong understanding of product lifecycles, retail operations, and logistics, particularly within the pharmacy environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other essential software programs.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
