Join our team as our National Account Manager for Petrol & Convenience. Reporting to the National Business Manager, you'll be the driving force behind boosting sales and energising our brand across the nation.
You will be the powerhouse behind the sales strategy, orchestrating the planning, promotions, and trade spend management to drive market share. Collaboration with Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams will be key to meet organisational targets.
About the role:
As our National Account Manager you will be responsible for:
- Meeting company financial targets while adhering to trade spend agreements
- Cultivating strong relationships with key customer decision makers
- Aligning promotional programs with customer needs
- Managing promotional spend efficiently to optimise trade spend
- Providing accurate input to demand forecasting/planning teams
- Developing strategies for customer category reviews to protect and grow the business
- Leading implementation of joint customer category plans
About YOU
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong planning and project management skills
- Strong financial and analytical capability
