To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a National Account Manager for our Woolworths customer. The successful candidate will drive accelerated, sustainable Savoury Snack Net Sales growth through implementation of insight led category growth strategy and best in class activation of marketing strategy within Endeavour group (Dan Murphys + BWS), Big W, Woolworths Metro and Woolworths at Work.

*12-month Parental Leave cover

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop winning relationships with all key stake holders across the four key accounts through high levels of contact and influence the customer to gain share and sales growth.
  • Develop promotional and activation programs that deliver AOP.
  • Develop and deliver retailing solutions to drive expandable consumption.
  • Develop, lead, implement.
    1. Portfolio growth
    2. Promotional strategy and program & claims processing
    3. Activation strategies & field communication
    4. Trade Spend Management and Analysis
    5. Range Reviews and Business reviews
    6. Development / implementation of category / business plans
    7. Effective range / space management
    8. Develop AOP for Portfolio
    9. Manage sales forecasting for Financial purposes
    10. Perform ad Hoc analysis and develop presentations based on business requirements for all accounts
Qualifications

About you: 

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience in FMCG industry
  • Ability to work collaboratively with customers to drive accelerated, sustainable growth.
  • Excellent financial, analytical and planning skills
  • Strong influencing skills, demonstrated team player
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
