We are seeking a highly skilled National Specifications Manager who excels in leading transformative projects, driving positive change, and developing strong leadership skills. If you thrive in dynamic professional environments, we invite you to contribute your expertise to our innovative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate at a national level to deliver a customer experience that results in repeat specification of the Himmel's specialised high-performance acoustic product range.
- Manage and deliver an accurate and up-to-date specification pipeline in Microsoft CRM – Project Tracking database nationally.
- Promote and educate teams nationally on Ecophon solutions and be first point of contact for technical and sales support.
- Grow existing client's usage of Interior Systems products through specification and project targeting in the commercial building sectors projects including health, education, office, hospitality and infrastructure.
About You:
- Business or Design qualifications which confirm the ability and skills required for the position.
- A minimum of 5 years in architectural specification including a track record of successfully securing large commercial and/or government projects.
- Demonstrate a track record of identifying new commercial projects and a proven ability to influence the specifier and ensure those specifications hold.
