Context & Environment
The Opportunity & Position
A great opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and results driven National Key Account Manager & Business Development Manager, with a major focus on developing our B2B portfolio.
You will play a hands-on role in building and executing short to long-term sales plans, with the objective of further developing commercial relationships.
The position requires a highly motivated individual able to work autonomously whilst ensuring targets and deadlines are met. We are looking for a sales professional able to understand and analyse the market, identify key targets and secure new business.
The successful applicant will have a highly professional approach and will be able to develop and secure NEW relationships with major businesses nationally.
You will spend most of your time traveling and interacting with customers face to face. The role reports to our Melbourne based National Sales & Marketing Manager.
In addition to this, other responsibilities will include:
· Develop and implement sales plan and targets
· Identify key opportunities
· Establish and develop business relationships
· Propose and implement marketing campaigns
· Timely preparation of requests for proposals, tenders etc.
· Sales Forecasts and Sales Reports
Additional Information
This position is based in Australia (BRISBANE) and cannot be opened to an expatriate contract.
