This boutique Injury & Disability support organisation provides Rehabilitation Services for Worksafe, NDIS, Workcover and DVA.
Your new role
As a National Manager of DVA / NDIS you will manage and administer the service delivery and business of the organisation, working as part of a coordinated national management team to ensure that business objectives and growth are met. Responsibilities would include;
- Oversee budget / KPI’s for each state
- Assist with preparing monthly stats for customers and managing any reporting requirements
- Customer relationship management
- Monitor and support consultants to manage workload and work capacity
What you'll need to succeed
- Allied health background (OT, Physio, EP, Psych)
- Current checks or willingness to obtain
- 5 Years workplace rehabilitation experience, injury management or experience within the disability sector
- 3+ years experience in people management
