Your new role

This is an exciting role for a passionate people leader to develop and execute strategy for our Inside Sales function. You will be responsible for coaching and developing our Team Leaders to be equipped with the skills and motivation to achieve their targets. Key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Devise strategies that align and compliment the overarching sales strategy that will exceed the Team Leader’s targets
• Work to create a supportive, energetic and high-performance team culture
• Aligning with your Team Leaders to implement and adjust strategy and performance throughout the months
• Accurately report results and identify opportunities to senior leadership
• Work with cross-company stakeholders to drive revenue growth results

Your skills and experience

• Experience in sales management and team leadership
• Inbound, outbound, account management and cross-sell campaigns
• Proven experience within a sales
• Track record of exceeding targets
• Strategic and analytical thinker with a results driven mindset and proficiency with numbers
• Process improvement
• Experience in Salesforce a requirement
