About Redkite:

When a child is diagnosed with cancer, it affects the whole family. In the daunting and unpredictable experience that follows diagnosis, a child needs as much stability and support from their family as possible. Redkite is a lifeline for families, providing real emotional, financial and practical support. Because holding it together when your child’s life is in question can feel impossible.

The role:

We are seeking an experienced National Office Manager with outstanding organisational and communication skills. This position provides effective management office administrative duties and facilities locally in Sydney and nationally across the organisation. It’s an exciting and varied role requiring a proactive person who enjoys developing and managing relationships with key suppliers to ensure the smooth running of office operations. This role also has a focus on delivering quality information and services face-to-face, telephone, digitally and via email to both internal and external customers.

• Manage new hire PC allocation and initial logins.

• Coordinate office event catering.

• Ensure office safety audits and hazard removal.

• Organize annual electrical testing and tags.

• Handle phone queries and general administration.

• Support offboarding and equipment returns.

• Manage Sydney kitchen amenities and facilities.

• Coordinate office logistics, IT support, and space management.

About you:

The position is ideal for someone who is tech savvy, has had previous office management and facilities experience. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Experience managing office facilities at multiple locations

• Experience developing and implementing business systems and processes to create efficiencies

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, a capacity to relate well with a wide variety of people

• Ability to take initiative and contribute to continuous improvement

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

• Strong technical skills with respect to audio and visual meeting support
