This global medical device company supplies product solutions across all areas of the hospitals.
They are looking for a National Product Specialist to promote and drive their continence portfolio in collaboration with their training and education programs.
The role of National Product Specialist is to develop new business opportunities and increase market share and penetration. Your target market will primarily be spinal units, with urology prescribers and other clinicians through approved promotional activities.
This role will work collaboratively with a Clinical Educator to provide excellent customer care to enhance the value proposition for clients, clinicians, and institutions, building on the product's strengths and increasing efficiency of use, primarily within the hospital setting.
Your success will be measured through performance on sales, profitability, business planning and execution and KPIs set around clinical and patient outcomes.
This is an exciting new role which will give the successful candidate the independence and opportunity to be accountable for a small portfolio on a national scale.
The role will involve regular (but planned) interstate travel.
The successful candidate must have at least 5+ years medical device sales experience within the hospital setting, clinical or business qualification, and clinical experience in spinal care, urology or continence will be advantageous.
Salary negotiable. Package includes car allowance and bonus.
