National Quality Manager

Sugar Australia has an exciting opportunity for a National Quality Manager to join our team in a permanent full-time capacity, based at our Yarraville, VIC site. Reporting to the General Manager Operations, this role will play a crucial part in ensuring all our products and services offered by Sugar Australia and Wilmar Ingredients are of the highest quality in order to meet our customers and regulatory requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Developing and maintaining a National Quality management system and processes.
Ensuring compliance with food manufacturing regulations.
Investigating and addressing customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution.
Overseeing and ensuring effective national change management initiatives.
Maintaining Sugar Australia's crisis management and business continuity processes.
Managing Sugar Australia's Quality Management System template and the development of departmental documentation.
