Duties
- Driving all retail presentation for the brand across Owned and Operated stores
- Setting financial targets and KPI's across the area
- Responsible for all policies and procedures being followed
- Ensuring all store follow VM, Training, Marketing, Merchandise, stock and shrinkage.
- Responsible for store development schedule
- P&L responsibility
Skills & Experience
- Currently in a State or National Retail Ops role
- Cultivating a great culture in Retail through people management
- Able to action change to hit KPIs
- Excellent at building internal relationships with Supply Chain, internal trainer, planning team etc
- Previous experience adapting global standards to a local market would be advantageous
