Our Womenswear Fashion Client is seeking a National Retail Training Manager to join their HR team and accountable for delivering the priority retail initiatives that drive performance and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation 12 month Learning & Development Roadmap in consultation with Retail Productivity Manager, People & Culture Manager and the Head of Retail.
- Lead the design, development, documentation delivery of training for each initiative leveraging the learning platform.
- Establish a project plan across all stakeholder groups to achieve delivery within the allocated time frame.
- Apply a simple and effective change management process to achieve clear communication and maximum adoption of the changes required as a result of a Learning & Development project or initiative.
- Track, report and consult with stakeholder group to solve issues on each project.
- Propose a Learning & Development budget and manage expenditure appropriately.
- In depth understanding of store operations and ways to improve that drive revenue.
- Ability to inspire and educate all members of retail operations.
- Proven ability to initiate and lead change and continuous improvement.
- A drive to refine systems and processes for increased efficiency and enhances revenue.
- A collaborative team member with a commitment to collective success.
