In this role, you'll:
Join our Customer Operations Delivery Infrastructure Division within Sydney Trains where you will be responsible for applying technical expertise and project management experience to deliver new assets related to Passenger Information and Station Services infrastructure to achieve planned outcomes.
The Delivery Infrastructure team manages the delivery of these projects to improve the safety, performance and appearance of customer-facing facilities and assets.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will support the delivery of strategic upgrades to Passenger Information and related Station Services assets. The position is responsible to provide SME input into scope development, system architecture, on-going project documentation, status reports, risks and issues and change control to align with the Program Charter standards.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering hybrid work options and at times, will require travel to project sites.

About you
In addition to relevant project management qualifications, our ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of delivering Passenger Information Technologies (Both Audio, Visual and Hearing Augmentation).
You have proven experience in delivering projects on time, on budget and to scope, consulting with a range of relevant stakeholders along the way. Your experience extends to delivering systems in both Green and complex Brown Field environments with strong Heritage influences.
You bring comprehensive knowledge of the change configuration requirements and approval pathways that applies to these Sydney Trains specific systems.
