This role is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and developing strategies that will drive revenue growth. The role will require regular travel interstate. What you'll be doing Relentlessly drive the organisation’s growth strategy through the sales team ensuring alignment, engagement and maximum performance is achieved to meet sales targets.
Support revenue growth by engaging with key customers; understanding the customers' business and needs; growing share of wallet at every opportunity. Provide strong direction and leadership to the sales team to maximise sales team effectiveness, capability, and engagement. Understand the external market; regularly review & analyse market trends, project market requirements and competitor activities Drive maximum productivity through the sales team by leveraging sales intelligence from the CRM and other sales information tools.
Desired Skills and Experience To be successful in the role, you will have a people - first leadership style that values the importance of employee engagement, whilst balancing the need to optimise revenue and customer satisfaction. Previous experience in a similar role will be a bonus.
