Responsibilities:
- Strategic Objectives:
- Achieve strategic objectives with trade partners, including net revenue, trade spend, gross margin, scan market share, and product & placement share.
- Manage and develop the Coles/WWS Business to ensure continued growth through effective sales strategies and spending management.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop strong and lasting business partnerships with key customers.
- Manage the P&L within the assigned brand responsibility.
- Execute customer promotional programs and negotiate promotions internally.
- Sales and Market Analysis:
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and portray product success.
- Introduce and maintain products in the market, ensuring a competitive edge.
- Operational Excellence:
- Manage in-store activities through third-party merchandisers, specifically Strikeforce.
- Prepare presentations for regular reviews and contribute to continuous improvement in category management.
- Account Efficiency and Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for efficiency, profitability, and overall improvement in the management of categories.
- Proactively work towards continuous improvement in Account Management.
- Exposure to Account Management in the Grocery sector.
