About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager with a background in workplace rehabilitation and business development.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Driving customer strategy to maximise opportunities and product diversity
- Advocating for Back2Work Solutions with like-minded organisations through Business Development and Account Management
- Utilising a solution focused sales approach to implement our superior occupational rehabilitation, injury management, rehabilitation and return to work services
- Attending local community events and engaging with customers through face to face interventions
- Identifying new business opportunities, working with new customers to ensure the successful commencement of services
- Providing in-house training and support to our State Managers and consultants, evaluating customer feedback to ensure ongoing refinement and innovation of products and services
- Growing and developing existing customer relationships, ensuring service delivery meets and exceeds customer expectation
- Maintaining performance against KPIs and customer growth targets
- Actively seek out and evaluate, consumer engagement and stakeholder feedback
- Experience working in occupational rehabilitation in injury management advisor, rehabilitation and return to work coordinator, rehabilitation case manager, occupational therapist, exercise physiologist or psychologist, across multiple states
- Experience working within a closely related framework i.e. state or federal compensation scheme or personal accident and injury scheme, or related environment e.g. self-insured employer, workers compensation insurer, Comcare Insurer, Life Insurance, CTP, MAIC or DVA (desirable)
- Experience in a supervisory/ management role (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience working within a customer relationship manager role and/or account management
- Demonstrated experience working with sales and customer growth targets
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- A customer focused individual with demonstrated experience in building strong commercial relationships and developing strategic partnerships in line with business objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in meeting sales KPIs and customer growth targets within a similar sector
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Current and unrestricted drivers license with access to own vehicle
