Body Armour was founded in 2017. Four partners, each with different backgrounds but with one very obvious common drive; to push boundaries in performance and to continuously seek self-improvement. We're an Australian company that specialises in the manufacturing and distribution of premium recovery formulas that support and optimise the body's recovery process, resulting in enhanced performance. Role: National Sales Manager
We're on the hunt for an experienced National Sales Manager to join our Business Development department and spearhead the execution of our growth activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development initiatives to expand Body Armour’s market presence.
- Manage and nurture key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for our premium recovery and performance products.
- Collaborate with our marketing and product development team to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Ideal Candidate:
- A proven track record in business development is essential.
- The preferred candidate will have significant experience in the Heavy Industry and/or the FMCG sector.
- Strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience in senior Procurement positions is also highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Passionate about health and performance, with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals and organizations in demanding environments.
- Experience in a leadership role, with the ability to inspire and lead a sales team.
