We have an exciting new opportunity for a highly motived National Sales Manager to join our Hire Team based in Sydney
The role
The National Sales Manager is responsible for leading the growth of sales and developing new business opportunities through direct initiatives for the full range of products within the Hire division throughout Australia and New Zealand. The NSM will lead a team of Business Development Managers to maximise all sales opportunities, proactively create new opportunities and achieve sales targets. A strong focus will be on developing and managing relationships with business partners and working with them on business growth opportunities beneficial to all parties.
As part of the Leadership team this position will play a key role in the development and implementation of our business development plan and providing input into strategic business growth and improvement decisions.
Skills/Experience/Qualifications
- Degree qualified in a related field
- Extensive experience as a Sales Manager in the Hire or similar industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a successful sale focused team
- Experience using MS Office programs
- High level contract negotiation experience
- Marketing experience
