This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading multinational supplier of innovative safety solutions in growing their Australian sales operations. TROAX has representatives in more than 40 countries and for more than 60 years we have been developing innovative steel mesh panels solutions for Machine Guarding, Warehouse Partitioning, and Property Protection. Our head office is located in Hillerstorp,Sweden with our Australian office and warehouse located in Rosehill, NSW. Locally we are a small team of dedicated engineers.
Experience & Qualifications
- Demonstrated successful sales, business development or key account management experience.
- You may have a background in warehouse and industrial safety, materials handling, automation, engineering, construction or similar.
- Ambitious with a professional, solution focused attitude and a strong customer service orientation.
- Commercially astute and reliable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualified or suitably experienced in a related discipline.
- The ability to read and interpret structural drawings and blueprints and/or a working knowledge or ability to interpret Australian standards, safety and building codes would be advantageous.
- High attention to detail, ability to prioritise and multi task, with good time management skills and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Flexible in availability to allow for attendance at meetings and training on international time zones, regular local and interstate travel.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- As a key and integral part of the team, contribute to the company's business growth and strategy development.
- Sales, New Business Development and key account management.
- Identifying, supporting and developing new customers and business partners. Following up on sales leads and enquiries.
- Customer visits, estimating, presenting technical solutions and quotations.
- Representing the company at trade shows and marketing events.
- Educating customers and dealers on products and applications.
- Meeting sales targets and new business development KPI's.
- Assisting with other adhoc business requirements.
