National Sales Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to oversee and manage our sales team across all regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives
• Manage and lead a team of sales professionals across all regions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities
• Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management
• Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts
• Provide training and coaching to sales team members to improve their performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a national or regional role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel as required
