National Business Manager

The Role:

readi is currently seeking a suitably qualified National Business Manager to spearhead both strategic and day-to-day operations of the company whilst ensuring the highest level of service delivery and safety performance for both internal and external stakeholders and customers.
 

Reporting to the Group Chief Executive Officer, the focus of this diversified role is to:

• Increase business exposure and new client growth
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Drive a responsible and positive employee culture

 
Your main responsibilities will include:

• Monthly/quarterly/annual profit & loss ownership
• Management of key clients
• Implementation of strategic growth initiatives including growth to external labour markets
• Management of recruitment teams in multiple national locations
• Management of Human Resources function for business with support from Group Shared Services
• Safety, quality & compliance management

 As a key member of the group’s management team you will participate in a variety of group wide initiatives and strategies.

 
To be successful you will have:

• Previous management experience of labour hire company or internal recruitment functions (desirable)
• Senior management experience in Operational Management associated with heavy industry may be considered
• Proven experience in business development management 
• Understanding of P&L management
• Understanding of Australian Employment Law Framework
• Previous experience in People and Culture management (desirable)
• Ability to build & drive team culture
