The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a National Sales Manager to join the team!
Role responsibilities
- Lead, coach, develop and support the Sales Administration Team in achieving goals & KPI’s.
- Improve and mentor those identified future leaders within the reporting teams.
- Staff training on processes/sales/CRM
- Running weekly sales meetings
- Reporting using data & analytics to support and improve business growth.
- Providing reports, presentations, insights, and data for senior management on request
- Participate with key stakeholders to support the sales function as required.
- Liaise with the Sales Operational Manager as required to support the sales process.
- Lead and contribute to the improvement of administrative interactions relating to customer experience.
- Supporting the General Manager – Sales where required

- Previous experience in sales and account management
- Automotive Parts/Panel knowledge – able to interpret parts
- Experience in building business relationships/customer service
- Able to analyse reports and interpret
