LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU
As the National Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strategically overseeing the organization's Talent Acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent. A key aspect of this role is establishing a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Talent Acquisition, which will serve as a centralized hub for sharing expertise, fostering innovation, and providing support to recruiters and hiring managers, ultimately elevating the organization's Talent Acquisition capabilities and driving business success.
You will lead:
- Implementation of the WorkDay HRIS system, providing training and support to ensure effective use by recruiters and hiring managers.
- Design, implement, and train on screening criteria and tools, ensuring compliance with hiring standards.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment advertising strategies across various channels and monitoring campaign effectiveness to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Lead high-volume recruitment initiatives, developing streamlined processes and coordinating recruitment events, while monitoring recruitment metrics for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to design and implement a seamless onboarding experience to ensure new hires have the necessary resources.
- Establish and maintain the CoE as a centralised resource for best practices fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, fostering a supportive team environment while establishing performance metrics and facilitating collaboration for achieving goals.
- A reinvigorated Talent Acquisition plan building upon the employee experience, employee value proposition, and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging initiatives to foster an inclusive workforce whilst achieving strong candidates’ pipelines and efficient onboarding.
- Providing strong leadership, coaching and mentorship to the Talent acquisition team nationally and business partnership and support to the Executive team.
- Develop and monitor Talent Acquisition metrics to drive performance and align recruitment strategies with the organisations’ commercial goals.
- Contribution to business strategy to improve performance, competitiveness, compliance, and employer recognition.
