As the National Telehealth Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our telehealth services. You will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction of our telehealth programs while ensuring operational excellence and delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and expansion of our telehealth services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of telehealth services into our existing healthcare delivery model.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the telehealth program, including scheduling, patient onboarding, and provider support.
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the effectiveness and efficiency of our telehealth services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to telehealth.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance the patient experience and outcomes.
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance our telehealth offerings and expand our reach.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Primary Care (ideally telehealth) program management, with a strong understanding of both strategic and operational delivery accountabilities.
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in healthcare administration, business management, or related field
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of telehealth technologies and platforms, with a track record of implementing successful telehealth programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a passion for improving healthcare delivery through telehealth.
