About the Opportunity
At Legrand Australia, we're seeking a National Wholesale Manager to join our dynamic team. As the National Wholesale Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, working closely with the Sales Director to achieve our sales goals and nurture key relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- negotiating impactful Wholesaler Partnership Agreements
- devising sales action plans for continuous improvement
- providing crucial support and direction to the sales team
- identifying and securing new product support and ranging
- developing innovative sales promotion concepts
- direct involvement with electrical wholesale distribution partners and contractors
- contributing to Planning and Forecasting for a proactive market approach
What we’re looking for
We need someone with:
- proven account management experience
- in-depth knowledge of the Electrical and or Building industry
- marketing and promotions expertise
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- analytical and problem-solving abilities
- self-motivation and a drive for achievement
- proficiency in computer skills & CRM knowledge, preferably in Salesforce
