How long have you been looking for a senior safety role where you can make a difference, positively effect change and influence the direction of the business?
This is your opportunity to take full control and oversee all WHS functions across the business and bring everyone together on the journey.
Reporting to the CEO, you will also be involved with creating and executing future strategies.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop, review, and implement/maintain a range of safety policies & procedures, improvement & training programs, contractor management, systems, strategies and processes.
- Manage/Oversee the WHS teams across all sites.
- Manage & improve the Safety Management Systems
- Conduct investigations, site inspections, and assessments and liaise with regulatory authorities.
- Organise WHS/compliance training for managers, employees, and contractors.
- Financial responsibility, including Safety & training budgets
The Successful Applicant
- Extensive demonstrated experience in a Senior WHS role looking after complex and various sites.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, transport, or agricultural industry. (Blue Collar/Industrial)
- Formal qualifications in WHS - Cert4 at a minimum
- Ability to travel locally & interstate.
- A current driver's licence.
- A passion for Safety, exceptional communication, and the ability to engage, train and bring people on the journey.

- Salary range approx: $150k-$160k + car or allowance + super
