Qualifications & experience
- The Candidates must possess extensive experience within the NDIS industry, preferably in a managerial capacity. They should have a proven track record of leading teams, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- The ideal Manager must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, including clients, staff, and external partners. Cultural competency and an appreciation of individuality within and between cultural systems are paramount.
- A comprehensive understanding of disability support services, NDIS guidelines, and legislation is crucial for success in this role. Familiarity with Plan Management will be highly regarded.
- The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership abilities, with the capability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Strong coaching and mentoring skills are essential for fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
- Tertiary qualification in Community services, Allied Health related disciples, Disability and aged care. - 2 years experience in Disability sector and NDIS
Tasks & responsibilities
- Team Management and Leadership-The successful NDIS Manager will be responsible for leading, building, and coaching a high-performing team. They will provide guidance and support to ensure effective and high-quality service provision
- Manager will establish networks to promote business growth and development. They will actively seek opportunities to expand service provision and build strategic partnerships. Balanced approach is required and evidence-based management of disability support services with focus on business outcomes
- The Manager will Possess understanding of NDIS guideline and requirements and will play a key role in ensuring compliance, regulatory and risk management standards are achieved. Extensive experience within the NDIS sector is essential for this role
