The roleThe NDIS Officer will ensure the NDIS claiming platforms are maintained and fully functional at all times. The role will also be responsible for supporting and assisting NDIS participants, ensuring their information and financial records are maintained in line with NDIS Guidelines and Legislation, ensuring that a positive customer experience is always maintainedThe NDIS Officer team supports the delivery services through a number of primary functions, which include: Support front line staff to ensure the collection of revenue is maintained.
Support participants with their NDIS funding to achieve their goals and, by performing administration duties to maintain the financial and record keeping duties Perform data entry and bookkeeping duties in line with NDIS guidelines to plan management (September 2020). Essential Selection Criteria Demonstrated 3 years’ experience in an administration bookkeeping role in a financial setting Strong Data skills with an accounts payable experience Certificate IV in bookkeeping/accounting or business administration Ability to read, analyse and interpret funding body price guides, NDIS Plans, participant Service Agreements with both internal and external providers Strong analytical and technical problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication skills working in a customer focused role with internal and external stakeholders
