Business Development Manager - Ndis

Our client is an Australian NDIS provider dedicated to positively impacting individuals with disabilities and their families through exceptional services.

As the Business Development Manager, you will:

• Develop and implement the local Business Development and relationship management strategy
• Collaborate with senior management on expanding business and marketing initiatives
• Nurture leads, maintain customer engagement, and represent the company at networking events
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong connections and referrals
• Organize staff meetings, professional development activities, and supervision sessions
• Stay updated on operational trends, NDIS policy changes, and identify new business opportunities
• Lead sales efforts, meet KPIs, and execute marketing strategies to promote the business
• Conduct company audits for compliance and proactively engage with regulators
• Establish rapport with potential participants and arrange meetings

The successful candidate will have:

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Relationship Management or Support Coordination 
• Passion, knowledge and experience in the NDIS industry
• Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing
• Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
• Flexibility to travel around Sydney and be available for some interstate travel
