About the role
You will assist in the day-to-day operations of Manage Mode.
The role will primarily include:
- Evaluation and assessment of all invoices received on behalf of our participants.
- Processing invoices and running payment requests with the NDIS.
- Ensure payment request compliance to Price Guide and in accordance with the clients NDIS plan.
- Seeking clarifications from providers where necessary.
- Resolving client and provider queries via phone and email.
- Assist with onboarding of new clients.
There is a strong focus on client contact in this role. A positive can-do attitude and a desire to resolve queries will be favoured. You will enjoy interactions with all sides of the NDIS network. This includes providers, participants, nominees, referrers and the NDIS directly.
On the job training will be provided and strong communication will always be maintained to ensure best outcomes for both our staff and our customers.
Location
The main office is in Subiaco, WA. Given the day and age, and the nature of the role being phone and email based, we are flexible with working from home arrangements when required.
To be successful in the role you will have
- Very strong attention to detail.
- Experience processing large volumes of data and queries.
- Resolution driven and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite - Excel, Outlook and have strong administration skills.
- An understanding of NDIS or willingness to learn.
- A passion for working with people with disability and treating all people with respect.
- Confident and comfortable with learning new systems.
- Experience in client/customer relations.
- Positive and enthusiastic approach to interactions.
