Role Overview:
This role is pivotal in providing administrative support to our operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance, while also utilizing social media to promote our services and engage with the community. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, proficient in social media marketing, and dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining accurate records within NDIS compliance.
- Creating and executing social media marketing strategies to enhance our Community Engagement and service visibility.
- Assisting with event planning and execution to support community outreach.
- Engaging with our community through social media platforms, addressing inquiries, and fostering positive relationships.
- Collaborating with the team to innovate and improve our service delivery.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with a preference for candidates familiar with the NDIS sector.
- Strong proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, with a flair for engaging storytelling.
- A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
