ABOUT THE ROLE
The King’s School is seeking a motivated Community Engagement Specialist to support enrolment & Community Engagement activities.
Please note, this is a permanent part time opportunity (16 hours per week) based in Moss Vale, NSW. Work is onsite however the days and hours across the week are flexible.

Under the guidance and direction of the Head of Tudor House and the Enrolments and Community Relations Manager, the position is responsible for:
• Collaborating with the Head of Marketing and the Marketing & Communications Team to deliver marketing objectives.
• Collaborating with the Head of Marketing and Marketing & Communications Team to develop and publish social media and other communication to the community, consistent with the whole-of-school communications strategy.
• Collaborating with the Head of Admissions and the Admissions Team to deliver on enrolment objectives.
• Liaising with future families to assist with the administration and management of applications for enrolment including answering initial enquiries, supporting the admissions process and organising interviews and other administrative tasks as required.
• End-to-end management of events. This includes supplier liaison, booking accommodation, guest promotions and RSVP management, event logistics, onsite management (as required), and post-event debriefing.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with key Executive and management personnel.
• Contributing to the preparation of various reports.
To be successful for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate how you meet the following:
• Tertiary qualifications, or related experience /or other qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
• Energy and creativity with a collegial and collaborative working style
• Advanced computer skills, in particular, the Microsoft Office suite
• A capacity to deal with ambiguity and conflicting priorities
• The ability to remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to attend events outside normal work hours

Tudor House is a Preparatory Campus of The King’s School, located on over 160 acres in the Southern Highlands of NSW. The School offers a Pre-K to Year 6 education for boys and girls with an emphasis on adventure and discovery learning. Tudor House prepares children for lifelong learning and global citizenship.
