The Adventure You’re Signing Up For

As a Support Coordinator, or as we like to call it, a Possibility Prodigy, you'll be the mastermind behind the curtain, the wizard of ‘let’s make it happen,’ and the bearer of the map that leads to the treasure trove of opportunities. You’ll be twirling your magic wand to pave yellow brick roads for our participants, ensuring that every step they take is a step toward awesomeness.

Your Epic Quests

Concocting Master Plans:

• Decode the mysteries of the NDIS plan and guide our heroes (participants) in harnessing their powers (supports).
• Tailor-make some brilliant blueprints (support plans) that’ll fit our heroes like a glove.

Alliance Formation:

• Build a fellowship of supporters, sidekicks, and advocates to cheer on our heroes.
• Be the social butterfly that connects with communities, and other mysterious entities (service providers).

Champion Training:

• Inspire our heroes to don their capes, own their thrones, and be the rulers of their destinies.
• Flex those muscles of influence to embolden skill-building and community quests.

Scroll-Keeping and Spell-Casting (a.k.a. Admin and Compliance):

• Keep the sacred texts (participant records) in immaculate condition.
• Whip up some binding agreements that are as clear as the Fairy Godmother’s glass slippers.

Potion Improvement:

• Stir the cauldron of feedback to perfect our magical potions (services).
• Keep your wizardry wisdom up-to-date with the latest scrolls and tomes (sector developments).

Your Super Tools and Gadgets (a.k.a. Requirements)

• A scroll of learning (tertiary qualification) in something noble and inspiring.
• A history of daring feats (experience) in the NDIS realms or similar provinces.
• A deep understanding of the NDIS spellbook (policies and funding).
• A trusty steed (driver’s license) for gallivanting across the lands as needed.
