HeathCliff Supprts are looking for a passionate and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care, in-home support, community access, medication management, documentation and reporting, and manual handling to individuals with disabilities.

Must be available weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to individuals with disabilities, including assistance with showering, toileting, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with in-home support, including general housework, cooking, and cleaning.
- Assist with behaviour management
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of client progress and behaviours.
- Ensure medication is taken on time and correctly, and monitor medication schedules.
- Facilitate community access, including accompanying clients to appointments, activities, and events.
Requirements:
- Current First Aid & CPR certification.
- NDIS Worker Screening approval.
- Current driver's license and reliable car with insurance.
- A compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Available on weekends and active overnight shifts
- Previous experience working in disability support is preferred.
