We are looking for a team of experienced, enthusiastic Support Workers to provide support, promote choice and help our male participant achieve his goals. About you…Experience in working with challenging behaviours.Ability to use interpersonal, verbal, and written skills to successfully build professional supportive relationships with the client.Ability to implement support plans to empower participants to live a meaningful life.Be confident, proactive, engaging, and adaptable in your interaction with the participantExperience in working with Cerebral Palsy.High manual handling skills (hoist experience preferred)Great understanding on the importance of risks and reportingAbout the role….Social care supportAssist with personal care and complete light domestic dutiesMealtime managementSkin and pressure area careRequirements…Certificate lll or lV in Individual SupportNational Police check within 12 months.Med Administration ( HLTHPS006)NDIS screening checkConduct Manual Tasks Safely- (HLTWHS005).Current Provide First Aid and CPR certificate.
