As the Software Development Manager / .NET Team Lead, you will bring your experience in leading a small development team through design, development, implementation, optimization, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software applications.
The Software Development Manager / Development Team Lead is someone who:
- Manages and cultivates a talent pool of software engineers in a fast-paced, growth-oriented business.
- Ensures deadlines are met and keeps management informed of progress.
- Designs and implements goals for software development projects.
- Ensures that software projects are delivered with the highest quality and meet all industry specifications.
- Enjoys having a hands-on role (70% - Management and 30% Development).
- Oversees the entirety of each software project and all team members.
- Identifies and manages risks associated with healthcare software development.
- Fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in healthcare technology.
- Strong focus on quality control and security throughout the development of products, with established processes being followed.
- Fully responsible for the output and delivery of products on time to the highest quality.

- Expertise in programming and debugging (C# .NET Windows, .NET Core, Web Applications Architecture).
- Experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD.
- Excellent software project management skills.
- Experience in managing small teams.
- Experience in managing a software development roadmap with multiple products.
