This role is based in our Spring Hill office with opportunities to engage onsite with our customers. We support a wide range of technologies with a focus on Microsoft environments and business phone systems. This role also provides the opportunity to be involved in projects like infrastructure upgrades and migration to cloud deployments.
The role:
- 50% office based / 50% on-site field work
- Mix of Project, maintenance and support work
- Supporting Microsoft server environments
- Managing and supporting Microsoft 365
- Administration of business phone systems
- Implementing and managing Azure solutions
- Managing backup and business continuity systems
Successful Candidates will have:
- 2+ years of experience working in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for customer service
- Entrepreneurial and a "go getter" attitude
- A fast learner who picks up processes and technology quickly
- Queensland driving license
- Previous experience working for an MSP would be an advantage
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Server environments (including AD, Exchange, RDS, Azure, etc)
- Microsoft 365 (migration, support and management)
- Networking including TCP/IP, DNS, Routers, Switches, VPN's.
- Business phone systems (bonus points for experience with 3CX)
