- Understanding of ITIL processes such as Change Management and Incident Management.
- Experience with network hardware racking, cabling, and configuration
- Proficiency in ethernet and fibre cable patching, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of communication rack systems, including UPS and PDU
- Experience with the physical installation, racking, and cabling of network hardware, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Experience working with Infrastructure project delivery teams.
