Our Journey:
The Neurophysiology Scientists team at Monash Health is a dynamic and growing team. It is one of the largest Victorian public healthcare teams of its kind. This team provides Neurophysiological Diagnostic Clinical services across acute hospital settings to adult and paediatric patients.
Now Recruiting Neurophysiology Scientist - Grade 1 or Grade 2
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ongoing, full time Grade 1 or Grade 2 Neurophysiology Scientist to join the team of Monash Health Neurophysiology Scientists. The team works with our Neurologists to provide a comprehensive neurophysiology service to the whole of Monash Health.
A Day in the Life:
The Monash Health Neurophysiology Science service is a dynamic service with dedicated, highly skilled Scientists. The successful applicant will be involved in conducting EEGs, evoked potentials, and assisting with nerve conduction studies and autonomic function testing.

What You Bring:
To be considered for this role as a Grade 2, you will need to demonstrate the following:
Experience in conducting EEGs and evoked potentials
Experience assisting with nerve conduction studies and autonomic function testing.
For prospective Grade 1's, exposure in those areas will be advantageous but not essential.
On a personal level, you will demonstrate:
Passion for providing a consistently high level of patient care.
Readiness for the next stage of your career. You have worked and studied hard to this point and are now prepared for the experiences that will provide you with further growth for your future direction.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and deliver safe, consumer focused care
Strong oral and written communication skills
You are passionate about providing a consistently high level of patient care
You are ready for the next stage of your career. You have worked and studied hard to this point and are now prepared for the experiences that will provide you with further growth for your future direction.
What You Need:
Bachelor of Science, Applied Science or Biomedical Science, preferably with Physiology, Neuroscience or Psychophysiology studies.
Current Drivers Licence and Vehicle Registration
