We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced New Home Consultant to join our team!
About the role
Working in a supportive, knowledgeable and innovative team, you will provide exceptional service, advice and information to customers. You will have the opportunity to sell homes across our exciting design ranges.
You will benefit from having exclusive access to Plan Lab, Adelaide’s first and only one-to-one scale projection studio, a unique competitive advantage not available to any other builders.
About your new career
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Meeting with customers, providing NEW HOME building consultations and presenting quotes and plans.
- Conduct site inspections and evaluations.
- Ensure that the display home village is well presented, maintained to a high standard, with up-to-date marketing material.
- Follow up referred sales leads and quotes, as well as generating leads.
- Establish relationships with real estate agents, developers and land agents for the creation and promotion of house and land packages.
About you
- Passion for providing outstanding customer experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to mark-up building plans clearly.
- Keen interest in the building industry and a love for NEW HOMEs.
- Able to work anonymously and contribute positively to a team.
- Self-starter, driven to succeed.
- Honesty and integrity in everything you do.
- Current, valid driver’s licence and own transportation.
- Availability over a 7-day roster (working 5 days) with some out of hours work as required.
