Responsibilities

• Engage the State Manager, define a Strategy for Business Growth and Execute.
• Develop a call Plan and Strategy to manage your territory. 
• Maintain high activity Levels and Standards.
• Seek out New Opportunities to quote, and sell solutions backed by your the national engineering excellence team. 
• Look for reasons why it can be done, not excuses why it cant. 
• Hit personal Sales Targets & work Autonomously to grow the business. 
• Work within the team to look for opportunities for Business Growth and Improvement.
• Sell a Brand based on Innovation, Integrity, Respect & Excellence. 

Experience

• 4-5+ years in Selling Solutions in the Oil, Mining & Gas Industry
• Degree Qualified
• Excellent Communication Skills to all levels Board Room to Shop Floor
• Trade or Engineering Background (Ideal)
• Hunger, Drive, and Attitude for Opening New Accounts 
• Valves, Hydraulics, Pressure, Pumping, Flow or Process industry Experience (Ideal)
• Expertise in Actuation, Instrumentation and Control Solutions (Ideal)
• The ability to work unsupervised, absolutely no micromanagement. 
• A Long Termer with Values and Integrity. 

Rewards

Salary of $120,000-180,000 + Bonuses + Car + Super + More.
