We are looking for a Night Shift Manager who would work 5 nights a week (including Saturday and Sunday) closing the venue, with consistent hours and the option to have rotating weekends off!Bay Central Tavern offers a relaxing atmosphere perfect for catching up with friends over the game, kicking back with a well deserved after work drink or tucking into a delicious family meal. • Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time
• Manage the day to day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guests
• Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
• Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives

What you'll need:

• Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across food, bars and gaming
• Ability to lead, develop and coach a large, multi-skilled team
• Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
• Highly developed customer service skills
• Qualifications for your journey: RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager (we can assist you in obtaining your RMLV and Approved Manager licence).
