Rydges Sydney Airport is a fast paced hotel located in the Sydney International Airport precinct. The property has 318 guest rooms, 9 conference spaces, bar, restaurant and coffee shop.
About the role
This position is available for immediate start; however, all suitable applicants will be considered. This role requires employees to work shift work between 23:00 - 07:00. Currently recruiting for a Part time Night Auditor, with a minimum of 4 days a week availability. View to move to Full Time after probation for the right applicant. Your day-to-day will be to.
- Have a minimum 1-year experience in a hotel front office department with experience in both front desk and reservations with a minimum 6-month experience as a Night Auditor.
- Excellent customer relations, problem solving and complaint handling skills.
- The ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
- Leadership skills that are second to none
- Working knowledge of Opera and an understanding of point of sales systems such as Micros
- Ability to Identify new revenue opportunities
- Prepare, run and send daily operational reports to management team and Hotel owners
- Assist with all overnight reservation enquiries in the absence of the Reservations team
- Once trained, Fully conversant with all hotel emergency procedures
