Your Key Responsibilities:

• Devise and execute sales strategies to optimise revenue from both prospective and existing clients.

• Nurture and fortify client relationships, ensuring they derive maximum value from our labour hire, recruitment, and migration services.

• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to shape our service offerings.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team, facilitating their achievement of targets.

• Monitor key sales metrics, such as quarterly results and annual forecasts, in alignment with overarching business strategies.

• Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, articulating GTP's comprehensive solutions.
