Due to company growth, we are now actively seeking to appoint an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join our team.
About the Roles:
- Supervise and lead our Sheetmetal team members as our new Night Shift Production Coordinator
- Organise workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Schedule orders daily to complete quota, maximizing efficiencies.
- Allocate labour resources to meet demand.
- Perform all production process roles as required.
- Track production and cost adjustments.
- Ensure output meets quality standards.
- Proactively enforce health and safety culture
About you:
- Dynamic, highly positive and proactive people leader
- Minimum two years’ experience as a sheet metal worker (fabrication)
- Trade/Engineering qualification (or equivalent) preferred
- Forklift Licence preferred
- Experience in the use of Long Length Folders
- Experience in the use of Slitting Lines
- Experience in marking up and assembly of rainwater goods
- Technical aptitude
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and computer skills
