Exciting opportunity to join WA’s leading specialist alcohol and other drug treatment service.

Cyrenian House is seeking energetic, passionate, and highly committed individuals to be part of our casual pool at our Nannup Therapeutic Community (TC). The TC is set on a 90-acre rural property surrounded by natural bushland.

The Night Weekend Supervisor will work with the residential team to provide a safe environment for all therapeutic community residents. They will maintain a presence within the community and be available to address immediate concerns, where appropriate.

Cyrenian House values people's lived experience of recovery from AOD issues (2 years minimum sobriety)

Level 2, $45.56 - $47.29 per hour inclusive of casual loading. 

The successful candidate will require: 

• An understanding of alcohol and other drug issues.
• Demonstrated capacity to maintain a secure environment.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to assert oneself effectively and maintain clear personal boundaries.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a range of people from diverse backgrounds.
• Current “C” class Driver’s Licence and a reliable vehicle.
• Current National Police Certificate.
• Full work rights, mobile phone, Current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain.
