The role
Nobu Matsuhisa's acclaimed Japanese Peruvian restaurant, Nobu is the jewel amongst the restaurants of Crown Sydney.
We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Nobu kitchen team for the following positions:

• Cook
• Commis Chef
• Chef de Partie

In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Japanese and Asian cuisine cooking experience
• Maintaining high and consistent food standards

About you
You'll bring the following:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team environment
• Self-motivated and adaptable

Additional Information
To be successful, you'll be able to:

• Relevant hospitality qualification in Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (desirable)

This role requires:
