About the Role
- Passionate about creating positive impacts in the lives of others
- Management and leadership background in health and Aged Care
- Committed to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer service
- Registered Nurse with a preference for additional tertiary qualifications in management or relevant demonstrated management experience
- Inspiring and guiding teams for exceptional resident experiences
- Ability to oversee budget management
- Ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care in accordance with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Managing Residential Services with a focus on policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance
- 5 years in Aged Care management.
- A Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
- Experienced in leading and managing people.
- Highly desirable tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or management.
- Must have or be willing to obtain NDIS Clearance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
- NDIS Check completion is necessary.
- Fully vaccinated with 2 doses for COVID-19.
