Building Services Manager - Residential Apartments

The OpportunityThe Building Services Manager will work closely with Architectural, Engineering and Construction teams to provide guidance and management of Building Services from design to construction phase.

You will review and offer direction in the early phases of all projects from pre DA to design, construction, and post OC of all services. As well as provide and manage procurement strategy for each project.

Key Skills and Qualifications Required

• Extensive experience in a similar role and expertise in services including and not limited to electrical, gas, mechanical, hydraulics, fire services, water, energy, sustainability, stormwater, public health and technology (smart buildings)
• Superior stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to assess and coordinate to achieve the best possible outcome for each project (value engineering)
• Degree in Building Services Engineering or other relevant Architectural, Engineering or Construction
