Form of workWe are seeking a Clinical Manager to join Bangalow Residential Village, Bangalow NSW.
The Role
- Provide professional supervision to direct reports and others including Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Residential Care Workers.
- Record keeping and documentation.
- Collaborate with other health professionals involved in the resident care.
About You:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a current CPR Certification.
- Experience in frontline leadership.
- Knowledge of ACFI and previous experience with accreditation.
- Proficient use of digital technology.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in aged care or primary and community care.
- Available to work a mixture of day, afternoon, evening, and night shifts.
